Pomulator — Verizon Connect
Embedded system to emulate car trips for high-level testing
At Dextra Technologies (a Deloitte Consulting business), on the Verizon Connect engagement (2023 to 2024). I developed and maintained Pomulator, an embedded system that emulates car trips so the Android-side test stack always has rich, deterministic input.
Stack: multi-threaded C++, Yocto for the embedded Linux build, bash for the surrounding tooling. I added CAN-bus diagnostics so the emulator could retrieve and expose telemetry data otherwise locked inside the vehicle bus. Collaborated remotely with the team in Dublin, Ireland.
